About the program
The ACT Day Program is facilitated by a multidisciplinary treatment team and is specifically tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their psychological well-being by cultivating acceptance and commitment in their lives.
ACT focuses on helping individuals identify and acknowledge their unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour without judgment. While acknowledging that past events have influenced their current state, ACT primarily emphasises the present moment and aims to empower individuals to make meaningful changes in their thoughts and behaviours to improve their future functioning.
